MW5 Electro magnetic lifter
Product introduction:
The manual permanent magnetic chuck is suitable for lifting and
transporting flat machine parts and steel products, so it is
applicable in mould and machine processing industries. For example,
it is commonly seen in machining cnters,ship building
plants,machine manufacturing factiries,etc.
1.Adopts fully sealed welding structure, has good moisture-proof
performance.
2.Adopting reasonable magnetic circuit design, low carbon steel
plate, high quality mica with good thermal conductivity and heat
resistance which has improve the special working efficiency of
lifting electromagnet.
3.The optimized excitation coil design and special process
treatment improve the electrical and mechanical performance of the
coil.
Application
1.Used in metallurgy, mining, casting, machinery, transportation
and other industries to lift iron and steel and other
magneto-conductivity materials.
2.Used for electromagnetic manipulator, holding steel and other
magneto-conductivity materials.
